For me there is nothing better than eating alot of fresh fruits and veggies after a hard and arduous workout.
Post workout eating is always my favorite as my own personal hunger levels demand are demanding food and for a big reason.

As we all know Omega-3 fatty acids play an awesome role in muscular health and even increases muscle gains.
The vitamins in the foods and fruits all aid your body functions properly all the way throughout your workout and whats more, many veteran bodybuilders choose meats like chicken since it aids in fat loss and is packed with high quality protein, B vitamins, minerals and creatine.
There is a saying in the bodybuilding world that goes,, you are what you eat. Lean red meats equal lean mass muscle.
So when its all said and done you are what you eat and if your eating the right and proper fruits and vegetables and meats you will be all the better.
