3 Easy Ways to Prevent PiP (Post Injection Pain)

Here are 3 suggestions on how to prevent PIP to avoid unnecessary issues.

Number 1. It is always wisely suggested to go slow with virgin muscles.post-injection pain, injection tips, pain prevention, health tips, medical advice, injection site care, self-care, post-injection relief, healthcare, wellness, syringe technique, massage therapy, ice pack use, calming environment, proper injection, muscle pain, pain management, medical hygiene, easy remedies, injection pain relief, healthcare practices, preventive care, soothing techniques, needle care, pain-free injection, injection safety, health and wellness, patient care, pain prevention tips, healthy living
Its best not to pin 3CCs into a muscle that has never been injected, so perhaps taper up. Start with 1CC and add .5CC to the site each injection and allow the muscle to get used to this new substance.
After a while you will see which pinned sites can hold different levels of oil.

2. Its cool to use Heat to prepare the massage site so break out the heating pad and apply to the pin area 5 minutes before you start. Some say its good to massage the area as that seemed to help to soften it all up.
You can warm the oil once it’s in the syringe barrel under hot tap water for a few minutes. This will increase the temperature to around your body temperature and facilitates the oil to slide in smoother and faster, which brings down the time that you can wiggle the needle around possibly causing tissue damage (and possible infection), and also reduces the amount of pressure required to push in the plunger.
and personally I take a long hot bath afterwards.

3. Its always best to use the shortest needle possible to avoid the subcutaneous layer, it will hurt for sure and better to just pin the intramuscular layer with a 5/8″ needle in your delts, no need for a 1″ or 1.5″ for example.
It is important penetrate less of the muscle to to avoid tissue damage.

Keeping these issues at hand will allow you to have a better cycle experience and avoid the tedious issues of infection, pain, etc.
